Maintenance  

Ensuring that each home is properly maintained is our primary responsibility. This is why each Callista homeowner is assigned a dedicated Property Manager and in-house Maintenance Tech for all property management needs. They are backed up by our in-house Maintenance staff who are on call 24 hours a day for any emergency that might arise. We do not charge annual or routine maintenance fees, nor do we markup charges on third-party maintenance services. Finally, you will never be charged extra when we visit your property to change light bulbs, replace air filters and install new smoke detector batteries.

Property Management

Avoid having to deal with last-minute emergencies, vendors and paperwork, and enjoy the peace of mind of knowing that your home is expertly managed for security, safety, and financial performance.

We conduct routine maintenance and security checks, provide immediate assistance during guest or homeowner stays, facilitate work with trusted contractors, and clean and prepare your home before and after every stay.

We also provide professional property consulting services to homeowners wanting to further their home’s appeal and marketability.

Unlike many property management companies, we have a dedicated Revenue Management team that knows how to drive both revenue and occupancy, keeping a close eye on the metrics that put money in the pockets of our homeowners by utilizing software like Key Data Dashboard and Wheelhouse for real-time dynamic pricing. Our homeowners receive detailed monthly accounting statements showing all fiscal activity. Moreover, they won’t see any administrative fees or statement markups—because we don’t have any. We also pay all taxes on behalf of our homeowners.

Our in-house Marketing team functions as a stand-alone marketing agency dedicated to developing the most effective marketing strategies in the industry.
