This home has an elevator for easy access to all three floors - 2 primary suites, 2 guest bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and wonderful accommodations for up to ten guests, making it the perfect spot for multiple families. When you're ready for some fun in the sun, head down to the beach access, which is less than a 5-minute walk away, and neighbors the secluded beaches of Topsail State Park. Prepare your favorite meal in the fully-equipped kitchen or venture out to any delectable dining venues scattered along Scenic Highway 30A.     House was very nice and clean and a really nice place to stay on 30A. Walk to the beach or to eat dinner. The golf cart was a nice addition.

    The home and location was perfect. Having the elevator and the golf cart was a plus! We enjoyed the screened balcony, could use fans on the balconies. Overall we enjoyed the beautiful home. Will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

    We had a wonderful stay in this home. This house is perfect for a vacation for a multigenerational family. And the elevator is very convenient for groceries and luggage. The location is perfect as it’s surrounded by trees and very calm and quiet and super close walking distance to the beach. The golf cart was an added bonus. The house had all the amenities we needed and so many great, relaxing porches. We would definitely stay here again.
