The home and location was perfect. Having the elevator and the golf cart was a plus! We enjoyed the screened balcony, could use fans on the balconies. Overall we enjoyed the beautiful home. Will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. This house is perfect for a vacation for a multigenerational family. And the elevator is very convenient for groceries and luggage. The location is perfect as it’s surrounded by trees and very calm and quiet and super close walking distance to the beach. The golf cart was an added bonus. The house had all the amenities we needed and so many great, relaxing porches. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our third year in a row to rent this house... and we don't plan on stopping. Truly the best location, great price and all of the amazing amenities are so much fun. The golf cart + 4 bikes provides for endless fun for our kids, the elevator is AMAZING when hauling groceries up the stairs, the beds are amazingly comfy - this house truly feels like home. Can't wait for next year!!

Great stay! Loved the house and the quick walk to the beach. Super clean and well appointed. Elevator was perfect for unloading the car and groceries. PLENTY of plates, cookware and kitchen essentials. The golf cart was fun, too! Our only suggestion is to get the primary bedroom on the 3rd floor better cooled. It was easily 5 - 10 degrees hotter that the rest of the floor.

Wonderful service and very timely. We had a couple of issues with the air condition and it was fixed right away. The bikes were never fixed and the first 2 we tried were not usable. We were let down about this.
Very clean, a few more soaps/shampoos would've been nice with our number of 7 people present and an additional roll of paper towels, trash bags as well if you are trying to encourage cleanliness during stays.

Had an awesome vacation with our family at Sea Glass! Very close to the beach and loved using the golf cart to take all of our stuff to the beach. Grandkids loved being able to walk to the beach too. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood!! Hope to be back to Sea Glass again. Was the perfect setup for our family. Thought we had a problem with the dryer. We had a lovely experience. 4 adults and 4 kids ages from 5-10. The house was great! Just a short walk to the beach. We were unfortunate that the beach had a lot of seaweed! But overall it was a great holiday.

The house and location are great. Beware if renting chairs and umbrella from concierge that they may not put them up at the public beach access nearest this property, despite what materials you may receive shows. No refunds are given only credit for other beach equipment offered thru concierge. Still had great time, but want to warn others about the location on beach chairs.

We had a fabulous experience with 360 and with our rental property. The house was very nice, clean and convenient to the beach! We had everything we needed for our week's stay. We had an issue with our chair rental as the chairs not have our name on the tag and a neighbor swore they were their chairs but 360 sent someone to resolve the issue and we had no other issues during our stay. I was traveling with a broken foot so the lift in the house was appreciated as was the beach wheelchair 360...

Winter break from school. My sister and I always plan short get aways for our kids. This year we opted for the beach and happened upon Dune Allen Sea Glass. What a find! The home was beautiful and more than enough room for our group of six. Two minute walk to the beach. We caught two beautiful sun sets!! The weather for February could not have been more perfect. We had a wonderful visit and loved the house. It was beautiful and so close to the beach. The only recommendation of change I could offer would be making sure the grill is cleaned before the next guests arrive and possibly repair the grill as the temperature burns at the highest heat despite any adjustment. Both are minor issues that did not impact our enjoyment of our trip in any way. The house was clean, beautiful, perfectly located and supplied with everything we needed.

Our families loved sharing Sea Glass. There was plenty of room for our four adults and five children to spread out and plenty of common area comfort to enjoy meals and game/movie nights all together. Just a short walk to the beach to catch crabs and watch the tropical storm roll in. We had a party of four family members and enjoyed a wk of fun and sun and this beautiful house made it the best! It was roomy and clean with all amenities needed. Our son claimed the porch bed! We especially liked the proximity to the beach. The white sand and gulf water was new for us and we hope to visit again. This is our second year in a row coming on a family vacation in September!! The house and 360 delivered a knock out time as always!! We are a family of 6 people, we had plenty of room to spread. The house location is beyond awesome 3 minutes walk to beach access. We enjoyed our time on third floor porch (swing bed) is a favorite. The house was equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. Beautiful house, excellent location to everything yet away from the noise and the hassle. Gill/Christensen Family of 8 enjoyed an amazing two weeks at the ""Sea Glass"". It was very spacious with three patios, each with a nice swing for relaxing. We enjoyed our morning coffee with the pretty ocean view from the third floor as well as amazing sunsets.
