*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs, not to exceed the weight limit of 50lbs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $400.
*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and Callista Vacation Rentals fines.
*This property has a strict non-smoking policy. Violation of this policy puts the guest at risk of being fined and/or evicted.
*Guests who are 25 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian in any vacation rental managed by Callista by 360 Blue. We do not rent homes to those 25 years of age or younger who are unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. Moreover, there must be a ratio of at least (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 for every four (4) young adults who are 25 years of age or younger.
