Rented for truly family vacation, grandma, adults, adult children and younger children 7 and 8. So wide range of ages. Pool was great and the pool area and hot tub was relaxing and clean and spacious. Nice outdoor furniture. Outdoor area was clean and private. Grill worked well. Home was nice and big. Plenty of room. Large sitting rooms and kitchen. Plenty of dishes and silverware. Would have been nice to have spices and such, like many other places, but not a big deal. Recommend...

Our 3 generation family (ages 3-73) had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. We loved the home and pool. Kitchen worked well for meal prep...plenty of space for everyone! All bedrooms had their own bathrooms. And the easy access to the beach...only 2 blocks away! Beach was amazing and very clean... beautiful white powdery sand. We had a lovely week. Thank you!

Excellent layout and location - easy walk to beach and into Seaside. Super-comfortable and well-appointed home, and much more spacious than shown in the pictures. We loved having the two separate common areas - there were three adults and six teenagers, so the adults took the main-level area, and the kids took the 3rd floor area. Our stay was perfect. Great house with all the amenities. 360blue has there for all questions. House is perfect for large families. Very spacious with super comfortable beds.

This home was a great option for myself and team who came down to the area for a work meeting and team building. The home was clean and I loved the amenity boxes! Having the pool and sitting spa was great as well. The week of my stay it was unusually warm and so we had the benefit of great sunny days on the beach as well! Can't say enough about the service that the Callista team provided to us. Looking forward to the next visit!

We had a wonderful week in Seaside with the family. The home we rented worked perfectly for our three generations. We had a few problems which were handled immediately by the property management. They were very professional and promptly took care of our concerns. We have been renting homes in the area for the last ten years and this home and property managers were the best that we have had. Would definitely rent any of their houses.

Loved ""Tiger Thyme""! We had 3 families, 15 people (6 adults and 9 kids ranging from 6-18) and we had more than enough room. There were multiple rooms that never got touched. Very short walk to the beach was awesome. Great location to get to restaurants and shopping either walking, biking, on a golf cart, etc. Drove our cars when we went to Rosemary Beach area to eat because it was about 20 min away. There were 16 of us. Great family vacation. Beautiful house. Grandkids enjoyed the third floor. We had golf carts and the bicycles to get around everywhere we wanted to go. Short walk to beach. Enjoyed the 4th of July celebration on the square. Fireworks were great!

We had 16 family members for the week of Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for our parents as they did not have to climb stairs. The 3rd floor was great for all of the kids. We had 16 adults stay this summer! We had plenty of room for all adults. The staff at 360 Blue was very responsive to all requests before and once we arrived. Access to the town square and beach was easy walking or biking. The family dining table was great for playing games and eating. The young adults enjoyed the 3rd floor game room and this made it nice for them to have their own space! We wish the pool was a bit bigger but we did enjoy cooling off and using the outside fire pit. We stayed at Tiger Thyme in Seagrove for our family vacation . There are 14 of us, which includes 5 granddaughters ages 6 and under. We had an awesome time! The house is gorgeous and was perfect for our family! The 360 staff took care of any issues we had immediately! The only thing we were a little disappointed in was the width of the pool.
