Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, a second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and a third pool with zero-entry, as well as an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and a new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Located in the Lake District across the street from the Lakehouse Pool and Boathouse, this home offers access to WaterColor’s numerous resort-style amenities, including the private beach and beach club!
A spacious front yard and wraparound porch welcome guests to this 3-story haven. Kick back and relax in the balmy breeze while grilling up a seafood feast on the natural gas grill. Head inside to find a reverse-floor plan layout with a mix of sleeping accommodations on the first floor. The beautiful primary bedroom has a king bed, a private bathroom, and front porch access. Additionally, there’s a kid-friendly bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin beds and a guest bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed nook. A grocery lift for easily stocking the kitchen and a washer and dryer add convenience for a worry-free vacation!
Discover beachy blue hues, crisp whites, and hardwood floors beneath a stunning vaulted ceiling in the stylish second-level great room. Enjoy sunny mornings sipping mimosas and cooking brunch in the chef’s kitchen, boasting granite countertops, high-end appliances, and a breakfast bar for 4. After a day at the beach, kids can play board games around the 10-person dining table while adults lounge in the living area or gather the whole family for a movie night on the 70” TV! Venture out the glass doors where a cozy seating area and a 4-person table offer spots to unwind on the screened-in porch. The second primary bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom is on this level.

Great location but we had a few appliance issues that were taken care of by maintenance in a timely fashion but were an inconvenience (put a fridge on main level when existing one broke…kitchen was upstairs so made cooking difficult). AC unit blower broke but was taken care of within a few hours.

The Jordan House was a great escape to the beach. The home was beautifully decorated and the amenities were fabulous. My family and I had a wonderful time and will be back!!!
