Had a wonderful stay here!! Everything was pristine - and I mean absolutely completely dustless and spotless. I’m a neat freak so the extreme freshness of all the furniture/linens and cleanliness stood out to me!
The location is prrfect, just a couple of blocks from the Watercolor beach club, and a 5 min stroll to Seaside. We loved using the many bike paths around the neighborhood.
The only bumps; to access the building, the only way is through the back door on the parking lot.

Amazing location in Watercolor. Right across from common space and 3 minute walk to the sand. Cannot match the location. Very clean, modern. 2 adults and 4 kids and there was 2 unused bunk beds upstairs, so could easily sleep 8

The unit was beautifully decorated, spotless and well equipped. The parking of cars and bikes at the rear of the property was very convenient. The well furnished screened upstairs and downstairs porches with a view of the park provided an inviting space for morning coffee and an evening glass of wine. Easy walk to Scratch kitchens, the Wine Bar, shops and The Beach Club. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Me and my family had a great time. The condo was bigger than expected. We had eight people in the group. It was described as two bedrooms but, the room upstairs with the bunk beds had a door which separated it from the common areas . It actually made it a third bedroom. It was great for the teenagers. As first time visitors we were very impressed.
We loved Sea Amigos! The condo is thoughtfully decorated with plenty of places to relax. It is furnished with all one would need for a home away from home.
We were worried about convenience and getting around and access to the beach, but the location is a short walk to the shops and restaurants like Scratch and Wine World.

This was a great experience for my daughter, she enjoyed herself. After having a hard journey with cancer and open heart surgery she basically had no idea of what it felt like being away from a hospital. The condo was up to date and beautiful.

My daughter and I had a great trip to Watercolor before back to school! The condo was beautifully decorated and loved that we had really good bicycles! Calista/360 Blue is a very thoughtful company! Loved the bluetooth speaker and charger they gave us in the otterbox!

We loved our stay in this nice and cozy condo. The location can't be beat! Just a few minutes easy and pleasant walk to the wonderful Watercolor Beach Club, a quiet and beautiful neighborhood pool, the Boathouse (where you can rent canoes etc), the gorgeous Western Lake and all the pretty walking trails around it, so many activities to choose from! The surroundings are very beautiful and well maintained. A quick 8-10 min walk to Seaside therefore you don't have to worry about parking there but...

The townhouse was perfect for our family of four. The BEST location - easy beach access and short bike ride to anywhere. Enjoyed the Watercolor amenities - pools, trails, Boat House, basketball court - our family had a wonderful vacation and look forward to returning again soon. We had a slight problem with the AC but management was responsive and took care of the issue immediately.

This was a last minute Spring Break trip for our family of 4.....and boy did we pick the right place!!! The condo was immaculate and we absolutely hated to leave! Walking and biking distance to everything and we loved having access to all of the amenities that WaterColor provides. We downloaded the 360 Blue Properties app, and it was so very helpful with any questions that we had. We will definitely be returning!!!
