Brad : Always enjoy our stay. Perfect weather. Clean condo. Quiet compared to other places on 30a. The grill set up is an added bonus.

Smith, D: The condo was exactly as described and pictured!! It was a beautiful property with great location. The Callista staff was very helpful whenever we needed help or had questions. My only suggestion is to send all the codes for the Bella Vita property, especially the main gate code to enter the property. Codes needed are main gate, pedestrian gate, and beach access along with code to enter unit. Great vacation! Thank you!!

Glen C: Been some problems: Couldn't get in the gate with our car for 3 days, had to wait for another resident to open gate to get in, then had to pay for a uber to go to dinner. TV cable not consistently working. Dryer left marks on our clothes (looks like rust). Two smoke detectors weren't working. Mirror in bathroom was smeared as were two doors to the patio. Ironing board cover was quite a mess. No stopper for kitchen sink, disposal side.

Brett M: We had a wonderful time enjoying the Gulf Coast at Bella Vita. This condo was quiet, clean, and great for three adults in town for a long weekend of fishing. The morning views from the porch are excellent and the unit is in close proximity to the pool and the ocean. We will definitely be staying here again.

Adam J: This was an incredible unit on a quiet area of 30a. We loved the view from our balcony and the pool was perfect for our family. We had two adults and four kids and the set up was just right. The beach is steps away, and a convenient store, a couple of restaurants, and bike rental are super close. We plan to return.

Lisa B: Bella vita is a beautiful property. We have stayed in units here now 4 times. This particular unit location we loved the balcony location. We also loved the fourth floor location. The property is beautifully maintained. The pools and bbq we used everyday. The unit floor was dirty upon arrival. I used the swiffer in the closet and went through 5 towels and each were black. The dishwasher had standing water in it and all lights were flashing. We did not use the dishwasher for 11 days, as our rental was just under two weeks. The garbage disposal seemed to be slow. The sink in the hallway bathroom was slow to drain. Too bad this unit did not include beach chairs for the price.

Peter R: We enjoyed our stay. The condo was fabulous. We came to spend six days working in Panama City removing fallen trees. The condo was a wonderful place to recover nightly from our work in the devastation of Hurricane Michael.

Laura V: Great place to stay. We enjoyed our trip. We have stayed here multiple times. The owner just added new flooring in all bedrooms and new living room furniture. Also new mattresses! Maintenance came and was incredible. The staff at 360 helped us thoroughly and made stay very nice

Rachel M: We had a great stay here in spite of tropical storm Alberto. Unit is well stocked with most everything you need. The pools are never crowded and one is heated which was nice on the cooler days. Bella Vita is very nicely kept and clean. Overall we had a great stay and would come back. Only improvements I would recommend is new mattresses in the master, and some extra blankets for all of the rooms. Except for what is on the bed there were no additional throw blankets. Our family of 6 and a nice stay. Our favorite place to eat was the Perfect Pig- great for dinner and breakfast. Next time we will definitely rent bikes.

Greg T: Enjoyed our two weeks at Bella Vita. Overall the Bella Vita property is a wonderful place to vacation and our favorite along 30a. Management was very helpful and the 360 Blue APP was great however the condo itself was a little disappointing compared to other units we have previously visited. There were very few bath and hand towels so we were continually washing. Upon arrival the entire condo had to be swept and vacuumed due to the floor not being clean. We had to purchase cleaners and scrubbing pads to clean the cooktop and oven before they could be used. No pantry in the kitchen was also disappointing. Light bulbs were out over dining table, master bath shower was slow to drain and MB exhaust fan made a terrible noise. Master bedroom carpet is very worn and overall the unit did not present itself as well as the rest of the Bella Vita property. Cherie T: Our stay at Bella Vita B405 was great! We have stayed here previously & enjoy the private beach & quiet setting. There was construction during our stay which was a little loud at times but not terrible. Request to fix things in unit were responded to quickly. The only improvement we would make is the amount of bath & dish towels. There were very few in the unit & with six people, we were doing a lot of washing.

Judith S: The condo is well-equipped, spacious and lovely, however, the management company did not disclose that the other two buildings on the property were undergoing extensive renovation which made it impossible to enjoy the balcony and pool during working hours (8am to 5pm) because of the noise. The noise was not a problem inside the unit beause the doors and windows are quite soundproof. Were it not for this, I would have given a five star review. Be sure to inquire about ongoing construction before renting a unit at Bella Vita.

We were being careful not to book this unit during the time that the construction was planned to happen.
