A cozy living area designed for late-night conversations welcomes guests to Happy for Shore. A slip-covered queen sleeper sofa and chairs face a flat-screen TV in a room accented by quintessential touches of Florida—seashells, coral, and pieces of driftwood. A galley kitchen with black granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances overlooks the living area and has a raised bar that seats 4. The adjacent dining table comfortably seats 6. Behind the living room is a primary bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower. A back door opens to a generous screened back porch. Suzanne : We had a good experience with Callista Vacation Rentals. However, I did call one evening because we could not get the air temperature to adjust. I never received a call back about that from anyone during our stay. Also, we were not given the correct code to get into the community where we stayed, but we were able to get that from someone else going in.

Brittany : Our stay at 150 Tropical Breeze was amazing! The pre arrival instructions and guest guide were very helpful and made the whole process very easy and convenient. The home was extremely clean and well maintained. The homes location was perfect as we were just a short golf cart ride to the beach and many different eateries on 30a. The Callista team was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this home.

Tara : The home was very clean and just bright and cheery. The themed decor really set the mood for vacation. The Callista team provided unexpected personal touches that really made our stay special. The neighborhood was quiet and just a bike ride or golf cart ride from the beach - we caught quite a few beautiful sunsets and moonlit walks. Even though just off the beach, we were still in the heart of everything and conveniently able to get around. It is definitely a great spot for a family vacation on the Emerald Coast.

Les : I highly recommend renting from Calista. I loved getting their app prior to us getting to our rental home that gave us information about about our rental, surrounding area and activities. While we were there, I received several emails from them making sure that we were comfortable and that our needs were met. We had a great time and experience renting our house!
