This vacation retreat is located in the gated community of Lakeside and features a gourmet-style kitchen, plenty of spacious decks—and access to the beautiful Lakeside community pool. All of the fun and excitement of Seaside and WaterColor are just four miles away.

Beginning on the first floor, gorgeous walnut floors are complemented by beautiful finish carpentry throughout. The gourmet-style kitchen features select stainless appliances, including a gas range stove and a wine fridge. Granite countertops include a spacious island that incorporates seating for 4. The kitchen opens onto the living room, where you’ll find plenty of comfy seating and a vast flat-screen TV. Adjacent is the dining area with table seating for 6. The first floor also has the first of the two master suites, with a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower only. Down the hall are a spacious laundry room with a beautiful custom barn door to close the space off and a half bath.

Ascending to the second floor, you’ll find a beautiful and spacious primary wing. It has a king bed with a private bathroom offering a lovely soaking tub and a spacious separate shower. A few steps away is a bedroom-sized walk-in closet with plenty of storage space, which could also fit a pack-and-play or trundle bed. There is also a private large screened-in porch which is an excellent place for morning coffee or watching the sunset. This wing can be closed off to create plenty of privacy from the rest of the house if desired. Down the hall is a second guest bedroom with a queen bed and walk-in closet. The third guest bedroom has 2 twin-over-full bunk beds. This is a large room with plenty of space for multiple people with a walk-in closet. Next to this bedroom is a “hang out” space with bean bag chairs, board games, and a smart TV with gaming capabilities creating a space for everyone. Both guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a tub and shower, along with two separate sinks.
