Welcome to Cobia Casita’s Main House, a charming coastal retreat with luxurious furnishings. Step inside this single-story home, where a cozy living room greets guests with entertainment and comfort. Down the hallway, an airy great room inspires conversation and family gatherings as it combines the dining, living, and kitchen areas. Adorned with subtle beach décor, the primary living area includes a 55” TV with a Sonos soundbar and plush seating. The adjacent dining space boasts a mix of bench and chair seating for 6, while the quaint breakfast bar seats 4 more. Lots of counter space, complimented by Frigidaire appliances, makes meal prep a breeze in the kitchen. The Main House also features 3 comfortable bedrooms—2 guest bedrooms with a king- and queen-sized bed, and 1 primary bedroom with a wheelchair-accessible shower and king bed. There’s also a stacked washer and dryer for added convenience. Enjoy access to the outside covered deck with lavish furniture just a few steps away from the private pool with a sun deck, sitting spa, and loungers.

Guests can enter the newly built 2-story Carriage House from the pool area.
