Great short trip over spring break for our family! The beaches of 30A are amazing and so innovative and unique. the weather in early March was dissapointing, but we were working with college schedules. One nice beach day, however, the beach was crowded! I mean like Jersey shore in July crowded! You couldn't fit a toothpick in between groups. About 100 feet to our right was another Beach that was completely empty but only opened to other homeowners. It was difficult picking a place...

We loved our stay! We attended a wedding for my niece at The Pearl so it was in perfect walkable proximity. The area has many cute shops and eateries. Seacrest beach is definitely walkable and beautiful!

We enjoyed our month stay in Rosecrest at Seacrest Beach. When we arrived we felt welcomed and felt assured our stay was going to be all we planned. Everything we needed was very easily accessible. Enjoyed a 3 week visit. Accommodations were the best. Everything we needed was supplied in a very comfortable setting. Beach, pool, hot tub, stores all in close proximity. Weather was even warmer than expected. Looking forward to returning next year.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Rosecrest. The house was set up nicely and available early on our arrival date. We had all of the linens we needed and the house was spotless. The guide that Callista Vacation Rentals provided was very helpful and had all of the information that helped us to have a great experience. We enjoyed another stay at Rosecrest for the month of February. Everything we wanted was close by. We enjoyed dinners at local restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. The heated pool, hot tub, and beach were convenient. Sitting on the beach was so relaxing, not to mention enjoying the beautiful sunset.

Very nice property. Within walking or biking distance to restaurants and shopping which was nice. The kids pool was really nice for the two year olds we had with us as was the adult pool. Beach was a bit of a walk but was nice. We had a great time.

Beautiful home and the decor was on spot! It would have been nice to have instructions for the elevator. Very clean except for the floors that need a good mopping. The only downfall is there is only one washer and dryer that is very small.

We had such a wonderful time at Rosecrest. The house was so clean and had lots of space for all 10 guests. There was easy access to great shops, restaurants, and beaches. The pool area was super close and had a great shallow pool for kids, with a hot tub close by for adults. The sunsets were amazing and we enjoyed biking all around town. Can't wait to visit this property again. We hope to make it an annual tradition!!

What an amazing place! Everything you need just a walk away, beaches with the most beautiful sand you've every seen and the pool when you need a break from the sand. We took the bikes for rides thru town; and the whole time were just blown away by the architecture. Cocktails and a sunset on the beach are memories to last a lifetime. Truly a paradise. Overall it was a very nice property. Obviously new construction and nicely decorated. The proximity to the shops and the community pool couldn't hardly be better. It was a bit of a walk to the beach, but it was manageable and the shuttle service worked fairly well. On the down side, the TV situation needs to be improved. There was a TV in every room, but only the living room TV worked consistently and I had to use my own directv now account. The mobile internet speed in that area isn't good...

The house was very nice, and our stay was enjoyable. Two issues: We had seven televisions that were mostly useless because the wi-fi connection was too slow (20 seconds of video, then 10 seconds of buffering); we finally connected the main TV to the Verizon hot spot that you provided, which helped). We had to buy ice all week because the refrigerator only makes 12 cubes in an hour and a half; a separate ice maker would be a good addition.
