Surrounded by lush greenery, this charming home which was recently updated with stylish new furnishings welcomes guests with a picnic table on the front lawn, beckoning for cookouts on the Weber gas grill. Continue along the stepping stones to the screened porch with a 4-seat table and 2 cushioned chairs—a restful spot to enjoy your morning coffee, happy hour cocktails, or a cozy al fresco dinner. Inside, coastal-inspired décor, hardwood floors, and a soothing palette set the scene for a relaxing getaway. The living space features 4 armchairs, 2 ottomans, and a comfortable sofa arranged around the 70” brand new Samsung smart TV. On the opposite side of the great room is a dining table for 8, with 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar in the open kitchen. High-end appliances, well-stocked cabinets and plenty of counter space make it easy for the chef of the group to whip up a delicious dinner of local seafood. Keep swimsuits and towels ready for the next jaunt to the water with the stacked washer and dryer. For sleeping accommodations, the living space has a queen sleeper sofa.     This was a wonderful property. Everything was exactly as advertised and worked great. The location was also great. The rental company couldn’t have been better. We accidentally locked ourselves out. We called them and they had someone there in minutes at no cost. Highly recommend.
