I looked at 100s of homes before selecting 29 Beachcomber. I hope my review is helpful to future renters. Pros: Great location to the pool. It is beautiful! The tram service was on point for beach ride service. We never waited long. Loved biking to restaurants and shops and out for ice cream. The 360 team was great and very responsive. We really appreciated this when we arrived to broken bikes and had an issue with our freezer. Both were quickly addressed. Bunk room is great. The porch swing was also a big hit. Cons: The house could really use a deep clean. The master shower tile would really benefit from bleach. The master bedroom carpet was very musty/smelled. We used extra linens to cover the stained couch and living room table that was filled with crumbs. Last, the beach is packed with empty chairs and umbrellas. $65/day if you want to rent which we eventually did because there was no room for chairs we brought. I couldn't even see my kids in the ocean from my chair. Also can't bike to beach entrance.

Amazing time. Perfect size for our family of 4. The location within the community is perfect access to pool or tram stop. I absolutely love the two porches. My morning coffee on the screen porch was the best way to start the day in the swing porch upstairs with the perfect place to read a book at night. Cannot say enough good things about our stay day. Beautiful house. And thank you to the service that manages the house as you accommodated some unexpected request. Your response time and attention to service was excellent.

This home is adorable! Our family of 4 (two teenage boys) was very comfortable during our stay. The kitchen and baths had everything needed. I noticed the home recently sold and was remodeled. The new owners did an outstanding job decorating the home. We will definitely stay again. Walking distance to the beach, the golf cart tram stops right in front of your door if you don't feel like walking. If you want to skip the beach all together it's just a quick one block walk to the pool. Our only complaint was the beach. The umbrella rental company took the entire beach and for those that don't get to the beach at 6am to put down some chairs have no where to sit on the beach. I hope the county does something to alleviate that issue or maybe the owner offers an umbrella and two chairs as part of the rental. We've been coming to 30A for 10 years and have stayed south of 30A at the Villas of Sunset Beach many times. We weren't sure about moving to the Seacrest community this year but once we got there we had no concerns. Great community, close to everything!

Place was perfect for our family. The house was clean and nice size. The back porch that leads to the walking path is great. We were seconds to the pool. The overall stay was what we wanted and more. We've stayed at other beaches(seaside and Rosemary) and I did prefer those beaches. The tram was nice to have but still prefer the others. The pictures need to be retaken because the house is much better in person than shown.

The unit was superbly decorated and was spotless. We did a lot of cooking and every utensil needed was there, along with plenty of pans and pots and plastic storage products.The beds were very comfy and crispy clean. The huge bed swing on the upper balcony was perfect as the weather was pleasant to sit outside. Bikes for all and chairs and umbrellas for the beach were there for our use.The tram setup worked perfect. we called the number and the tram was always there picking us up within 5 minutes. Very, very friendly. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends, The gift bag with the champagne was very nice. Thank you for that!!

We stayed here for a bachelorette trip and the cottage was even nicer than what we had anticipated from the pictures! Everything was so nice and spacious. We had 9 girls and had plenty of space for everyone to have a bed and their own space. It was a great location and check-in and check-out was effortless. Such a great stay, we will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved this house! We came with our two young children and my parents. The house was perfect for our needs from the bedrooms including bunk beds, large porches, and beautiful furnishings and decor. And the outdoor swing was amazing!The house was spotless and had ample bath towels! It was a five minute walk to the beach (or one minute tram ride) and just a few houses away from the pool. We loved taking walks to look at other houses in the neighboring communities and grabbing a bite to eat or ice cream up on the main strip. This was our third time visiting the area, and this was by far my favorite rental home.
