DETAILS: Beachy and fun, 30A Beach Bungalow is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home that sleeps 10, in popular Seacrest Beach. A short walk to the beach and designed with fun in mind, guests will love the home’s large backyard, ping pong table, and thoughtful touches.

A shaded front porch opens to a spacious living and kitchen with sandy-feet-friendly tile floors. A living area with a vaulted ceiling has a comfortable sofa and chairs facing a 55” Smart TV. Potted plants and bamboo finishes lend a breezy, tropical feel to the space.

The open kitchen has stainless steel appliances and an island that seats 5. A primary bedroom opposite the kitchen has a lovely white upholstered king bed and a spacious private bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and separate shower. A guest bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
A door next to the kitchen opens to a game room with light and bright shiplap walls and ceiling. 2 twin-over-queen bunk beds are tucked into the corners, so the attention is on the ping pong table, sofa, bar seating, and a 65” Smart TV. If games get too rowdy, close the door!

Banquette seating provides additional seating for guests and is a great place to enjoy one of the home’s many board games. French doors open to a delightful sunroom with a dining table that seats 8. The sunroom and game room open out to the home’s spacious fenced backyard where guests will love gathering around the backyard firepit in adjustable Adirondack chairs or grilling local fish to eat at the outdoor table. Enjoy an early evening breeze in the hammock chair, or catch an afternoon nap in a large hammock strung beneath large pine trees. Guests can create lifetime memories after a day spent playing at the beach by sharing stories around the firepit and making s’mores.
