Kelly : We have stayed at the Waterhouse condos several times over the years. Unit 102 was by far the best. From the gorgeous patio, convenience of everything, and beautiful update to this unit our trip was perfect.

Mandy : Our stay @ Waterhouse 102 was one for the books. Great location & beach access was very convenient. Our refrigerator went out and the staff was amazing on getting us a replacement. How they handled the situation was remarkable & each person we delt with had a great attitude and we had a new fridge within 24 hours. We will definitely be back!!! great condo, beautiful beach, & wonderful customer service!!!

Tiffany : We loved staying at Waterhouse! The condo was the cleanest property in which we've ever stayed! It was also decorated beautifully and we loved the convenient location directly across the street from the private beach access. The property management was great to work with and their response time to questions or any issues was almost immediate. We also really liked the rooftop pool and fitness center. I give this property and the managment company a 10!

Sara : We really enjoyed the location and layout of our condo; however, it really was overdue for a deep clean - showers, rugs, kitchen. We have rented from 360 blue before and never had this issue.

Jordan P: We go on at least one Beach vacation each year and this room was the nicest I've ever stayed in. The layout and design is perfect and it was very clean. The walk to the beach is across the street and it isn't bad at all! But If you have any elderly folks coming with you, be mindful of the 52 stairs to get down to the beach. Also, the wifi in the unit was very weak. Overall, we loved the place and it worked great for our family. We would highly recommend it!

Katherine L: Love this rental! It was clean and the decor felt fresh and updated. It is right across the street from the beach so it was super convenient too. Like the other review says, the floor plan is perfect for a family. We would definitely come back. Only criticism is that the code provided for the pool wasn't right and 360Blue didn't get back to us so I had to track down another renter to give us the code. Also you don't have the option to rent movies with the on demand service (the option is disabled) so we were stuck watching the same free movie over and over with our little ones which got old!!
