Guests may park 1 car in the garage and 2 additional vehicles in the driveway. Stepping inside, guests will find a bright, inviting, open kitchen, dining, and living area with wide-plank hardwood floors. A round dining table seats 5 and is adjacent to a comfortable living area. A cozy sofa and 2 armchairs surround a 65” Smart TV, a great spot to unwind after a fun day. A chef’s kitchen features white marble countertops, a 5-burner gas cooktop, and a dine-in island that seats 3. A washer, dryer, and a half bath are located off the kitchen for convenience.

The first beach access is Gulf Lakes in Seacrest Beach. This is an approximate 7-minute bike ride. Please note that there is only bike parking at this access. The second access is Walton Dunes, which is at 320 Beachfront Trail in Seagrove Beach. There is parking on the corner of Lakewood Drive and Beachfront Trail for this access.
