The home is in a gated community, includes a private pool with a sitting spa, and enjoys gorgeous views of a coastal dune lake.

The first floor of Lakeshore Dunes has a 2-car garage with access to the Main House on the left side, and the Carriage House on the right side. This home boasts spectacular outdoor spaces—including a pool with a sitting spa surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs in a lush setting. The first floor of the Main House boasts a queen bedroom with a full sleeper sofa, a 46” TV with Roku, and a half bath.

The second floor of the home features a chic living room with 2 plush sectional sofas and a 65” wall-mounted TV just off of the kitchen. French doors open to an elevated walkway that leads to a pergola with cushioned seats and incredible views! Guests can take advantage of an office just off the living room. The sleek kitchen features stainless steel appliances, plenty of space for meal prep, and lovely water views. Guests can enjoy their meals at the breakfast bar that seats 3 or at the dining table that seats 6. Here you will find stunning water views, as well! You’ll also find access to a deck with an umbrella and comfortable seating at the front of the home. Guests can get some rest in 2 bedrooms on this floor with queen beds that share a bathroom with a shower.

The primary bedroom is located on the third floor. It comes replete with a king bed, a TV, and a private bathroom with a tub.
