The condo was well-kept and nicely decorated. Perfectly located for the beach or swimming pool. And, as usual, everything was seamless with the 360Blue rental company.

The home was very clean. It was interesting to have the kitchen and living room upstairs and the bedrooms on the main level but we made the best of it. The location was excellent! We were close to everything we wanted to be by!

Our Watercolor rental through 360 Blue was a wonderful experience. The property itself was impeccable, had all the amenities we needed for ours 4 night stay. The automated text messages for check in, check out and all details concerning our condo were very helpful. We will do it again next year!

When we arrived the master shower was undergoing repairs and could not be used for 24 hours. We were told we would be given a $50 rebate which I haven’t seen yet.
The second bedroom is really only suited for children. I would not recommend that adults sleep in there although my wife and I did (had no other choice).
Condo very clean when we arrived.

Watercolor FL is a beautiful, peaceful place to vacation. The property we rented with 360 Blue was perfect for our family of four, with lots of great amenities nearby. We also loved the Watercolor Beach Club. The highway access to neighboring communities (such as Destin, Rosemary Beach, etc.) is easy to navigate. The communication from 360 Blue before, during, and after our stay was terrific. Highly recommend.

We had an awesome time at this beautiful condo! The Roku TV and WiFi extenders were an awesome addition from the last time we stayed here. I was able to work remote with no issues, and watch Sunday night football. The beds are comfortable and the décor was stylish and up to date. On the south side of 30A, we were just minutes from the main pool/clubhouse and the beach. We will be back!

We had 7 girls that all ran the Seaside 5K and Half! We LOVED it!! We actually stayed in this same lovely condo last year, and the girls requested to be back in this year! Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only 1 cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
