This was a great experience for my daughter, she enjoyed herself. After having a hard journey with cancer and open heart surgery she basically had no idea of what it felt like being away from a hospital. The condo was up to date and beautiful.

My daughter and I had a great trip to Watercolor before back to school! The condo was beautifully decorated and loved that we had really good bicycles! Calista/360 Blue is a very thoughtful company! Loved the bluetooth speaker and charger they gave us in the otterbox!

We loved our stay in Watercolor! Best location just steps to the beach, pools and restaurants. Had a hard time regulating the temperature but that wouldn't stop us from renting again. We loved our family trip.

We loved our stay in this nice and cozy condo. The location can't be beat! Just a few minutes easy and pleasant walk to the wonderful Watercolor Beach Club, a quiet and beautiful neighborhood pool, the Boathouse (where you can rent canoes etc), the gorgeous Western Lake and all the pretty walking trails around it, so many activities to choose from! The surroundings are very beautiful and well maintained. A quick 8-10 min walk to Seaside therefore you don't have to worry about parking there but still enjoy all that Seaside offers. There are nice restaurants in Watercolor right around the corner from this unit (Wine World, FOOW, & Scratch Kitchen are our favs) plus nice shops. The unit is a townhome with its own ground floor entrance so it's more practical and private than a condo building. Clean and well maintained. Kitchen stocked with lots of dishes, pots & pans. The view of the gorgeous park right across the unit is wonderful from the 2nd floor balcony. Highly recommend this unit!

I have been coming to WC for about a decade with my whole family and always stayed in a large house so this was my first trip here with just myself and my two small children. I wanted to find the perfect spot that I could easily push my stroller with the baby and toddler in tow. Seaside square, the beach, beach club and boathouse were an easy walk. Camp watercolor is a short bike ride as well. I couldn't have booked a better set up or location for my family. Enjoyed many meals on the top balcony. Will definitely be coming back again.

The townhouse was perfect for our family of four. The BEST location - easy beach access and short bike ride to anywhere. Enjoyed the Watercolor amenities - pools, trails, Boat House, basketball court - our family had a wonderful vacation and look forward to returning again soon. We had a slight problem with the AC but management was responsive and took care of the issue immediately.

This was a last minute Spring Break trip for our family of 4.....and boy did we pick the right place!!! The condo was immaculate and we absolutely hated to leave! Walking and biking distance to everything and we loved having access to all of the amenities that WaterColor provides. We downloaded the 360 Blue Properties app, and it was so very helpful with any questions that we had. We will definitely be returning!!!

Casual elegance defines the second–floor gathering area encompassing living, dining, and kitchen areas, plus a full bath and a Twin over Twin Bunk bed. Glass doors lead to a balcony with outdoor seating and pristine views of the beautiful Cerulean Park. In the dining area, a stylish capiz globe chandelier adorns a dining table for 6, and the refreshed kitchen features new quartz countertops, stainless–steel appliances, and well-stocked cabinets with plenty of pots, pans, dishes and glassware.
On the first floor is a comfortable and elegant primary bedroom, furnished with modern décor with coastal touches, a plush king bed, and smart TV. There is also private outdoor access in this room via a screened porch with outdoor seating ideal for curling up with a book or having your morning coffee in peace and quiet. The private bath features a walk-in shower, jetted tub, and double vanity. The second bedroom has stylish navy and white décor and a smart TV. A Queen Bed in front of two large windows, bringing natural light into the room. Its en-suite bathroom has a combination tub and shower, plus single vanity. There is also a Full over Full bunk bed in the hall between the bedrooms.

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that WaterColor condominium buildings are not equipped with exterior outlets for the purpose of charging golf carts/Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). 360 Blue does not supply guests with extension cords for charging purposes either, as this presents a safety hazard. Guests who choose to rent a golf cart/LSV while staying at a WaterColor condo should discuss charging requirements and battery life with the company supplying the golf cart/LSV.
