Guests will enjoy the newly renovated bathrooms, fresh paint, and tranquil, coastal interiors. Sea Amigos is close to restaurants, shops, community pools, Watercolor Beach Club, and the beach. It has everything you might need for a family-friendly beach vacation! Stepping inside Sea Amigos, you’ll be greeted with a bright and airy entry. On the first floor is a guest bedroom with a King bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower. In between the guest bedroom and primary suite, is a bunk area with full over full bunks and curtains for privacy. Walking further down the hall is a utility closet with a stacked washer/dryer. At the end of the hall is a large primary suite which includes a plush, king bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower with a large rainfall shower head and hand sprayer, which is convenient for cleaning up little ones after a day on the beach. Also connected to the primary suite is a screened porch with outdoor access to Cerulean Park. The porch is a great place to curl up with a good book or have your morning coffee. There’s also plenty of room for storing beach floats and toys. Casual elegance defines the second floor, which includes a living, dining, and kitchen area with a high ceiling that makes it feel all the more spacious. The living area includes a large sofa, 2 comfortable swivel chairs, and 2 additional chairs that are easy to pull up to the ottoman for games or to watch a movie on the large Smart TV. French doors lead to an elevated balcony with views of Cerulean Park and the sound of the nearby fountain heard in the background. There’s plenty of balcony seating for relaxing and gathering for morning coffee or drinks after a day at the beach. In the dining area, there’s seating for 8 at the table and 5 at the kitchen bar. The kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and well-stocked cabinets. Down the hall is a private bunk room with twin over twin bunks and an ensuite bathroom with a shower that's easily accessed from the living area. Guests can explore all that Watercolor has to offer on the 2 included adult bikes or take the Watercolor Trolley to any location within the property, including the Publix market or Camp Watercolor.
