Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, a second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and a third pool with zero-entry, as well as an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and a new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: 68 East Royal Fern is a 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom WaterColor home that sleeps 12 in the Crossings of WaterColor district. Guests will enjoy a spacious screened front porch, luxurious interiors, and proximity to WaterColor’s Dragonfly pool, shopping, and dining.
A large screened porch enjoys views of the neighborhood and welcomes guests to this adorable coastal cottage. A comfortable wicker sofa and armchair invite long conversations on the porch. Stepping inside, guests will find dark hardwood floors, white shiplap wainscoting, and an open living, dining, and kitchen area decorated in soothing shades of gray, cream, and beige. A sofa and armchairs surround a 50” Smart TV in the living area. A dining table with a dramatic shell chandelier divides the living area from the kitchen. A fantastic dry bar adjacent to the dining table houses a wine fridge and a stand-alone ice maker. In the kitchen, guests can grab a quick meal at a long kitchen island that seats 4. Premium appliances and a 4-burner gas range make preparing meals fast and straightforward. Off the kitchen is a guest bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom with a double vanity and a glass-enclosed shower.
A second living area off the second-floor stair landing is designed with kids in mind. A queen sleeper sofa faces a 40” TV with an Xbox 360. Kids can open the sleeper sofa for late-night Xbox battles or sleep on a twin-over-full bunk bed in the adjacent bunk room.
A guest bedroom with a king bed shares a bathroom with the bunk room. A second guest bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Guests staying in the primary bedroom will enjoy a king bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and access to their own balcony. A swinging porch bed and comfortable chairs make this private balcony a nice place to enjoy an early-morning coffee or take a mid-day nap after a day of fun.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and Callista fines.
Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
