The unit was beautiful and newly remodeled. They need to update pictures to show how pretty it is! Loved the location to Watercolor Beach Club, restaurants and shopping. Seaside was a short easy stroll.

The location was simply amazing and the home was just ideal for 3 adults and 3 young children, plenty of space and so nice and clean! Booking with 360Blue was the best decision ever! Great location and space! Very short walk to the beach, prime location. The condo could use a deep clean (walls/baseboards, carpet, grout), but overall very clean on the surface.

HOME HIGHLIGHTS:
- Per WaterColor HOA, all guests 5 years of age or older must be included in your adult guest total in order to receive wristbands to access amenities and pools. This home is allotted 8 wristbands.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
Please note: Effective Mar 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
