360 blue helped make our family vacation special and were very accommodating. This was the first time we spent time in the watersound area and we loved the hub area but would suggest adding ice machines for the guest.

The unit was amazing and we had a great week. Its layout was perfect for our group. It was well-appointed, and beautifully & comfortably decorated. The unit rating would be 10 except the ice maker was broken, so we had to drive to the store daily for ice which was a bit inconvenient.
We had a few 360 Blue related issues, although not major, were avoidable. First, the garage had great items available for our use, but we were given the 4-digit garage code but never told the * button should be pressed first. So, we figured it out after 2 days of not being able to use the items (floats, chairs and bikes) in the garage. Second, we were told the coffee maker was a Keurig, but it was a drip coffee maker. We, based on 360 Blue's instructions, loaded up on k-cups but then had to make a grocery run for ground coffee and filters.
Finally, the WaterSound bar code access passes didn't work the entire week. After 4 trips to the main gatehouse to get passes that worked to no avail, we ended up having to be buzzed in manually every time we entered the Bridges access gate. Another minor, yet annoying, inconvenience.
None of those items kept us from having a terrific week at the beach! Will definitely rent the unit again....hopefully with functional gate passes and ice maker.

Enjoyed it very much. Our 2nd stay in the same section. You simply can't beat the privacy and tranquility. Really wish we still had Beach Club access still and hope they bring it back or offer weekly passes.

We have been coming to Watersound for five years now and this was our favorite condo so far. Great patio, great floor plan, and overall good setup. I always use 360 Blue for reservations and concierge service and, while usually superb, they struggled this year. We had reserved two boogie boards through the concierge that we never saw. I tried to contact 360 Blue every day throughout the week we were there, only to never have anyone answer the phone and never got a return phone call from leaving multiple messages. I finally had someone answer the phone on our last day there, say that they would take care of it, but it has yet to be resolved. Overall, condo was great, customer service was bad this year.
