Seaside Amenity Policy

The Seaside HOA currently requires all guests 8 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER to wear their provided amenity wristbands to access the beach via the Seaside community access and have their provided white amenity cards to access the pools, gym, and tennis and pickleball courts. 

 

What do the wristbands give guests access to?

Seaside amenity bands grant access to a private beach access for guests and owners of the Seaside neighborhood. 

 

What do the amenity cards give guests access to?

Seaside amenity cards grant access to 3 community pools, tennis and pickleballs courts, and a neighborhood gym. 

 

Who provides the wristbands and amenity cards?

The wristbands are supplied through the yearly registration process, with the Seaside HOA and your rental homeowner issuing amenity access. These bands and cards are coded upon booking and confirming a reservation in Seaside and are based off of the number of guests selected when booking and are activated upon arrival by the Seaside HOA.

 

Can I change the number of wristbands and cards I need before my arrival?

Yes, please contact guest services directly to edit your band count a minimum of 1 week before arrival to be sure the HOA is able to fill the request in a timely manner.  Please note that the HOA nor 360 Blue are capable of supplying more bands than the home allows.  The band allotment counts vary per home.  Please refer to your home’s property page for amenity allotment.

 

How do you receive the correct number of wristbands for your vacation?

To ensure you receive the accurate number of wristbands for your vacation, include the total number of individuals in your travel group during the reservation, listing all guests. 

 

Do you need to pick up the wristbands and cards when you arrive?

No need to pick up wristbands or cards upon arrival! Your HOA-provided wristbands and cards will be ready for you at your property. Our Quality Assurance team will place them during the final inspection after our housekeeping teams have finished.  

Can the HOA provide me with more wristbands?  

Regrettably, the HOA cannot provide additional wristbands. Requests for wristbands must be made through the guest services at least 1 week before your arrival.

 

Can I get amenity access if I make a last-minute reservation for check in on the weekend?

Any reservation booked after 2pm on a Friday will not have amenity bands or cards until the following Monday. Unfortunately, the Seaside HOA is closed on the weekend and unavailable to activate bands or cards until they return on Monday. 

 

What if I need a replacement wristband or card?

If a band or card is lost, there is $10 charge to replace it. You may go to the Seaside HOA office, and they will issue a replacement band for you. If a wristband is broken or does not work, please take it to the Seaside HOA office and they will replace the band at no charge. For replacement cards, please go to the swim and tennis center.
